Jeff Castelaz and Coach Rick will be talking about the ride at the March 10 Club Meeting:
Hear about the logisitics and planning, nutritional protocol, the top tier support staff, the people we met along the way and the cancer connection. We will be showing a couple of video clips that will give you a snapshot of our 3,000 mile 43 day journey from St. Augustine, FL to Los Angeles.
